In general, Alertpay is not much different with Paypal,. The advantage compared Paypal is on account verification process which is very easily. You simply upload the scanned identity cards (KTP can, SIM) and the invoice or any document that the mailing address where you live (can charge phone, bank statement, electricity bill, etc.), no need a credit card again. Just follow the steps of registration below:

• Click on this link: https: / / www.Alertpay.com (remember the letter "s" after http is the trick to encrypt account so you will not be hacked by those who are not responsible, do not forget it!
  
• On the main page click signup
• Select the account type, I recommend you to start as a personal starter
• After that you will be brought to the page that there are columns that you must fill with correctly such as first name, last name, phone number, complete address, city, state, region (in this case is the province), and postal code, and then click next.
• Then fill in your complete data for the login credentials (email, password), and the question to get no pin or password if you forget in the future. Fill in the verification code and click the last register.
• The next step is Activate your account by opening the email and you click the Activation link in the email that you receive from Alertpay.
• Enter the password required in accordance with the password you created when registering Alertpay, Enter PIN code transactions that you want which range between 4-8 Then click the submit button.

Because you have been successfully own a bank account (e-currency) Alertpay. You can use to make transaction internationally. But eventhough your account is already can be used to receive money from other account owners around the world, you still cannot transfer money or take money in the form of a check, due to your account is in status: "Pending Account Verification"

Which means your account still has not been fully verified

How to make it fully verified?

To make this become verified, you should upload some scanned documents such as personal ID, driver's license or passport, and proof of the transaction which show address such as account payment of electricity, phone, credit card bills and so forth. Not all these documents you upload, you simply select one of the documents and evidence as a proof of address documents. I used my own ID card as photo id and bank statements evidence as proof of address.To upload these documents you just click on "verified" (green) on the right side or the bottom of the page when you log in the member area. Log in to the "Verification Document Upload" and select the type of document which is used either "Photo Id" first or "Proof of Address", choose the one after that click next to another one.

For example, for the "Photo ID", you want to upload scan of driver license then mark checklist of "Driver License", click the browse button and locate where you save the file on your computer, after you findthen click open. If you want to upload a passport then mark checklist of "Passport".

The verification process will take approximately 10 working days or 2 weeks, based on my experience, my account was verified about 2 weeks. When the deadline is surpass of 2 weeks, you should immediately contact Alertpay by clicking help on the main page and click the submit ticket, then write the title of your question. Do not forget to select the department in the verification department.
