Paypal already asked for joint venture with Facebook by launching the application "Send Money". This application allows Facebook users to send money to others directly from the Facebook site. We only need email address and PayPal will take over next.
Facebook looks like to getting serious about serious financial problem. We can interact with Facebook regarding the financial issues, such as advertisements on Facebook pages.
PayPal "Send Money" has a fan page on Facebook. This is just as customer service, we can ask questions and interact with employees of PayPal. Moreover we can send money to 65 different countries with 17 different currencies.
Remittance process is as follows:
* Sender visit application page "send money" on Facebook
* Sender pressing the "Get Started" to install the application
* Fill out the required form
* Then press the "Continue to PayPal"
* Sender into the PayPal site to log in.
* Select payment method and message
* Recipients will be given notification via email
* The recipient can log on to PayPal and claim the money or register a new PayPal account
PayPal hope these new applications will help to facilitate the transfer of money to friends and family.
