1. Open windows explorer
2. Sign in C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc
3. Select the 'hosts'
4. Double click and open with notepad
5. Notice in the existing figures, usually something like this:
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 facebook.com
127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com
6. Eliminate two rows of numbers and words at the bottom, so there is only remain : 127.0.0.1 localhost
7. Save
8. Open Facebook. If you failed, restart the computer and open it again on Facebook.
